Marketing Specialist / Social Media Manager
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in creating, designing, and developing social media content that generates lots of views and sparks engagement
- Content creation expert across multiple social channels (ex: Posts, Reels, Videos, Stories)
- Strong experience using video/mobile editing software (ex: iMovie, Final Cut, Adobe)
- Able to come up with new ideas and new concepts
- Knowledge of email marketing segmentation/targeting and compliance
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing techniques, best practices and tools
- Experience growing, engaging with, and analyzing performance of a large email marketing database
- Experience creating and maintaining web pages
- Ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects under strict deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and team player skills
- Highly collaborative
- Strong detail orientation with a highly trusted degree of integrity, accuracy, and results orientation
Responsibilities:
- Manage/Create a wide range of social content that meets the needs of .orgCompanies
- Ensure that the representation of our brands is consistent, throughout all mediums
- Collaborate with internal teams to create a social media calendar and social media best practices
- Track and tag content appropriately for reporting and analytic purposes
- Stay on top of social media trends; identify opportunities to successfully use those trends to benefit client work
- Implement marketing campaigns and special projects
- Tracks marketing efforts and prepares marketing reports by collecting and analyzing data
- Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements
- Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software
- Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance
- Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously
- Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards

- SEO
This is a contract/freelance role 15-20 hours/week.
