Conducted in a world café format, participants will have critical conversations on trust within your organization, trust with your board and how your industry trusts you as the clearing house for information.

Faculty: Nancy MacRae MS, CEO, Emergency Nurses Association

Nancy MacRae MS, Chief Executive Officer at the Emergency Nurses Association, makes culture a top priority at her organization. She feels so strongly about the positive impact of culture that when the organization moved to a new office, the space was planned to reflect ENA’s core values. Nancy will share her ideas for keeping culture front and center. Her perspective sets the stage for an exploration and dialogue about trust and how to build strong relationships at every level in your association.

Disruptive times demand innovative thinking from association executives. Boards, however, are naturally conservative. The ability to implement new and innovative programming is built on the foundation of trust. And with societal trust at an all-time low, we all need strategies for building and maintaining trust. You will have the opportunity to engage in highly interactive discussions with your peers and .orgSource experts. We will leverage each other’s experience creating trust among staff, with our boards and ultimately our members to advance our organizations even in these difficult times.
